The heart of Encounter Student Ministries is for the young people of Chattanooga & North Georgia to experience the presence of Jesus in a way they can never forget. We desire to see thousands of students saved and become true disciples of Jesus. We embrace the principles of prayer, worship, evangelism and discipleship through the weekly services, campus ministries, and small groups. Come join us every week at 6:30 PM in the Youth Sanctuary as we experience the presence of Jesus through dynamic worship and true preaching of the Word of God.

Campus Encounter

Campus Encounter is the growing campus ministry of Encounter that meets in High Schools & Middle Schools across the region. We are currently meeting at East Ridge High School, East Ridge Middle School, LFO High School and Ooltewah High School. The desire of this ministry is to establish biblically based clubs in the schools of Chattanooga that will serve the students as well as the faculty of the community, and to mentor students through one on one relationships.

Tuesday Night Prayer

Encounter Student Ministries is founded upon passionate prayer. Every Tuesday night from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm in the Youth Sanctuary students gather to seek the heart of God and pray for lost souls. We want to invite you to join us as we follow hard after the Presence of God

Small Groups

After Wednesday service we break into small groups. These groups are led by Student Leaders who have proven to be a trustworthy follower of Christ. These small groups are meant to be a time of prayer, studying the Word and socializing.
