Training men to be strong spiritual leaders is a core value of the ministry at The Crossing. It is our passion for men to love God completely and to experience the thrill of living a life serving God, their families and their church.

Men being connected to other spiritual men is proven to be best in order for men to grow spiritually. The best connection points for men at The Crossing are the weekly small groups, the Men’s Encounters and short-term mission trips as well as traditional venues, i.e. ushers, security team, greeters, choir, Sunday school, youth and children’s workers. The Post Encounter and the School of Disciples are the venues to be trained and discipled at The Crossing.
