What is an Encounter Weekend?

An Encounter Weekend is a gender baseed short course in freedom- freedom from habits, bondages, bitterness, wrong thoughts, and past mistakes. We believe that the first step in becoming a healthy disciple is to be totally freed from our past. Jesus said, “It was for freedom that Christ set us free; therefore keep standing firm and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery.” (Galatians 5:1)

At the Encounter, through the power of the cross, the Lord will set you free.

Who will be there?

Encounter weekends are designed specifically for men, women, teens or children. This includes either the believer or the unbeliever.

Each encounter weekend is led by leaders of the Crossing.

What is the schedule for the Encounter Weekend?

Encounter Weekends begin on Friday evening, continuing through the day on Saturday, and ending on Sunday evenings after our Celebration Service at the Crossing.
