Here at The Crossing we believe the only way to reach our full potential is for each and every believer within the body to reach their full potential! God has given all of us a gift, and every gift is needed in order for the Kingdom of God to advance.
New Beginnings
New Beginnings is a ministry that bridges the gap between accepting Christ and living for Christ. Have you recently taken the leap of faith to become a follower of Jesus? Whether this was your first time or a rededication, having a personal relationship with God involves understanding and accepting some basic principles. New Beginnings Class walks you through that and helps you on your journey. It is offered on Sunday nights at 6 pm in Room WC-101 in the Worship Centre.
GrowthTrack
We believe that the abilities you possess are for the purpose of serving God by serving His people. Whether it is ministering to the homeless, mentoring teenagers, holding an infant, or greeting someone with a warm smile on Sunday mornings, you have a function here! Come and find out how to get connected so your talents can be used to serve others!
LifeGroups
LifeGroups at The Crossing are a source of friendship and support. They are a way to help you develop meaningful connections within the church so that you are not just a face in the crowd. These groups meet regularly to help you make friends, draw closer to God, and find real answers for life’s questions.
Flourish
1flour·ish verb ˈflər-ish, ˈflə-rish
Psalms 92 says, “The righteous will flourish like a palm tree… they will flourish in the courts of our God.” Flourish simply means to grow luxuriantly, and we have designed a system here at The Crossing to help you do just that! Flourish is our discipleship track that facilitates growth in your faith, your character, and your giftings. It provides a solid Biblical foundation as well as a pathway for future ministry development. It consists of four twelve-week phases.
Phase I: Foundation – Having a secure foundation in Christ in order to grow
Phase II: Transformation – Being transformed from the old habits of your old nature
Phase III: Formation – Being established in Christ and the characteristics of your new nature.
Phase IV: Impartation – Understanding your gifting, calling, and purpose for life.
